What is mobile drug testing and how does it work?+
Mobile drug testing means our compliance collectors come directly to your workplace or job site — you don't send employees anywhere. We bring all necessary equipment, conduct the collection on-site, and handle the chain of custody documentation from start to finish.
What areas do you serve?+
We primarily serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. Extended travel is available for businesses and organizations outside our standard service area — contact us to discuss your location.
What types of drug tests do you offer?+
We offer urine drug testing, oral fluid (saliva) testing, hair follicle testing, breath alcohol testing, and instant point-of-collection (POC) tests. We can accommodate pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing programs.
How quickly will we receive results?+
Instant POC tests provide preliminary results on-site within minutes. Lab-confirmed results for urine and other specimen types are typically returned within 24–48 hours for negative results. Non-negative results requiring medical review officer (MRO) verification may take additional time.
Are you available for after-hours or emergency testing?+
Yes. We offer 24/7 availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing often can't wait — we're available when you need us.
How do you protect employee privacy?+
All collections and results are handled with strict confidentiality. We follow applicable DOT and Non-DOT privacy guidelines, and results are released only to authorized employer representatives. Employee information is never shared with unauthorized parties.
What do we need to prepare before your collector arrives?+
Very little. We just need a private space for the collection — a restroom or enclosed area works fine. We bring all supplies, forms, and equipment. For larger on-site programs, we can coordinate logistics with your team in advance.
